Maine Web FX Terms of Service
You must be bored. But here's the fine print (so to speak):
All images and graphics are copyrighted by Maine Web FX, unless otherwise noted through either an embedded watermark or in graphic logo. Logos are not copyrighted and are so noted through company website (ie. Comodo, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Discover, American Express and others). If there are any questions as to the copyrighted information contained herein, please e-mail: info@mainewebfx.com
We are more than happy to answer any questions you have, and make up answers to questions we have no clue about.
As for the client-side map of this site and all site related to Maine Web FX, but not limited to Maine Web FX, Fusion Web FX, Main(e)ly.Us and Web FX Demo, all information is encrypted and cannot be (legally) viewed by a third party unless access is granted through an administrator (us), with the expressed written consent of the client who needs a third party to view the contained information. We are not even sure what this means.
The long and the short of it: no one is going to look at your stuff here other than you.
Maine Web FX and John Sokolich remain the right to change or modify these terms of service without notice. Maine Web FX and John Sokolich can refuse or stop work on any Web site at its sole discretion at any time and for any reason.
All services are based on a per hour rate unless a flat-rate agreement is determined before signing. Per hour and flat-rate agreements pertain to web design, layout, upload, test site, test site changes and live launch only. New server (hosting) accounts are subject to full price of hosting service plus a $20 set-up fee. Existing server uploads are not subject to additional charges other than the per hour or flat-rate agreement.
Marketing rates are subject to varying fees as determined by web search engines' (company) rate structure. A $20 set-up fee will be charged for those sites needing web marketing.
Maine Web FX and John Sokolich reserve the right to cancel change and/or modify agreements on a per job basis. Maine Web FX and John Sokolich retain the right to refuse your business.
Maine Web FX and John Sokolich are not responsible for any created web site after the live launch due to internet security breaches, mismanagement of the site, et. al. Proofreading and checking content, prices, shipping specs, typos, inaccuracies and any other content is the sole responsibilty of the website owner. Maine Web FX and John Sokolich make no guarantees of accuracy with content.
Web sites are complicated and often detail oriented. Maine Web FX strives to provide each of its clients with the best quality service at the best price possible.
If the web site designed is not to your expectations (after design consultation), Maine Web FX will make the necessary changes within reason to have your web site be all that you dreamed it could be.
Payment for all services are due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments are subject to a 10 percent late charge per month with balances beyond 90 days collected through necessary collection agencies.
Retainer fees are not refundable. Becoming a client gives Maine Web FX the legal right to use your created web site as a means of promotion through www.mainewebfx.com (Maine Web FX will link to your site via its web page, but will not solicit other marketing).
Your happiness is our first and foremost priority, unless of course, it directly interferes with our happiness.
